This policy explains what personal data ZedTech (operated by ORIZIS TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED) collects and why. We process data in line with the Zambia Data Protection Act, No. 3 of 2021.

1. Who is responsible

ORIZIS TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, registration no. 120241001416, TPIN 2002580846, of 41 Kasho Road, Roma Park, Lusaka, Lusaka Province, Zambia is the data controller. Contact: office@orizisgroup.com.

2. What we collect

Name, phone number and delivery address
Order and payment reference
Items purchased
Basic technical data (device/browser) if analytics are enabled.

3. How we use it

To provide the service and process your order/payment.
To contact you about your order, account or support.
To prevent fraud and improve the service.

4. Payment data

Mobile Money payments are processed by pawaPay and the mobile networks. We never see or store your Mobile Money PIN.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (payment, delivery, email), under confidentiality.

6. Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the service and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

Under the Zambia Data Protection Act, 2021 you may access, correct or delete your data. Email office@orizisgroup.com.

8. Children

ZedTech is for adults aged 18 and over.
